The EMPOWERED LEADER programme is aimed at modern leaders to maintain high ability and efficiency while maintaining employee health and satisfaction. Not only now, even in the long run – also in more challenging situations.
The structure of the programme is prepared on first introductory session with client, customized for each client. The programme includes three months of individual work.

The programme is very effective and enables rapid progress and maintenance of the right attitude, which is particularly important for leaders, especially in times of intense change.
Program can also be adapted to customers strategic directions and expectations. The exact goals are mutually agreed during the first coaching session or meeting.
