Program goals:
The programme is intended for employees who need to function effectively in stressful working situations and have a demanding job in which they need constant focus and high productivity.
The programme is designed as a two-months support with one hour coaching weekly and 30 minutes Energy training for an efficient, revitalized, and empowered mind body and spirit.
When a person is calm, has a clear and sharp mind, and is free from worries, fears, and other emotions, then such a person can take advantage of all his/her potential for any role and challenge.
In this programme, the participant also learns basic Energy boost exercises to manage daily stress and stressful situations that effectively and rapidly renew and raise the level of vital energy and increase inner strength.
The participant is treated individually and holistically, considering all her/his roles in life. The programme is fully adapted to the needs and issues that participant is facing with a situation.
The programme is entirely practice oriented. The participant learns on his/her own examples and solves actual challenges. The energy coaching leaves time to support a client through an open conversation, always directed to the goal the client chooses. In the Energy training part, I am giving to customer a broader understanding of the situation and useful know-how, which, in turn, helps him/her to achieve the set goals easier and faster.
Program can also be adapted to customers strategic directions and expectations. The exact goals are mutually agreed during the first coaching session or first meeting.
